Hopefully, this will be come a for-actual profile. For now, we'll go with a list of pieces to note. As noted above, this is very much in progress.

• His wife became dreadfully ill after the onset of the SCANDAL and died soon after. (Honestly, guys, it's an Ibsen play... There things do happen.)
• Shortly after Kristine married that other, more well-off man, Nils left town.
• He has five children: four sons and one daughter (Dagny, and he doesn't know how to act around her). This has not made for particularly easy times.
